Mediguard Systems of Canada is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive items that are damaged, defective or incomplete please contact us immediately. If we have made an error in your shipment we can arrange for the items to be picked up and returned to us.
In the event of an error we will do our best to remedy the situation quickly and fairly. Most of our items are returnable as long as they are unopened and in as-shipped condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. A credit or refund will be given (see below for restrictions). Shipping/handling is not refundable. Customer assumes all responsibility for return and cost of shipping. It is recommended that returns be insured and sent via trackable service.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Returns will not be accepted without a prior return merchandise authorization (RMA). You may contact us at sales@Mediguard.ca or call 888-240-1110 ext 0 to request your RMA #. Packages sent without an RMA # may be refused or returned to you at your cost. Please provide the following information when requesting a return: Order or Invoice number Item and quantity that you wish to return Reason for return A restocking fee of 15%(minimum of $5.00) will be charged on certain items. If you have questions about restocking fees please contact us.
Packing and shipping
After you have obtained an RMA number pack your items carefully or have a shipping agent pack them for you. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package. If the number is not on the outside of the package your package may be refused or delayed. You are responsible for the return of the package and it is recommended that you send via trackable service and insure the package. Mediguard Systems is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you placed an order that qualified for free shipping and return items from that order outbound shipping charges may be deducted from your return amount. Restrictions We reserve the right to refuse items that have been opened, damaged or used. The following items will not be accepted for return unless there is an error on our part. Custom/Special Order Items Software Books CD's/DVD's Items outside of the 14 day time period may not be returned. However you may contact us in regards to purchasing the items back from you. International Returns/Exchanges If returning item(s) from outside the U.S.A., please contact your customs officials or taxing authorities to get the proper clearances to get the product back into your country without being liable for duties, fees or taxes on a repaired item(s). Manufacturer Warranties Many items are sold with a manufacturer warranty. If you experience a problem with an item outside the 14 day period please contact the manufacturer directly to handle any warranties.
